About the Role: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating lead accounts, representing our entire range of products and services, and working closely with Key Account Managers or Field Account Managers to identify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will focus on proactive contacts with unmanaged customers, prioritize and schedule sales calls, send personalized emails, and maintain accurate account information. They will also utilize prepared call guides, probing techniques, and email templates to qualify and profile prospective and existing sales accounts.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have strong customer service skills, be honest and assertive, and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office programs, and typing at least 35 words per minute is required. You should also be able to build strong business relationships with all levels of a customer's organization and make critical business decisions aligned with growth initiatives.
