About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential sales or real estate management
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
