Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and managing client relationships and accounts for their respective market segment. This role involves identifying new business opportunities for the hotel and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and be able to lead a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
  • Manage existing client relationships and accounts to ensure long-term engagement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives

Requirements
  • Previous hotel sales experience required
  • College degree or two years of hotel experience
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position
  • Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications with Marriott sales platforms
