Join Our Team as an Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Activities Coordinator to join our team at Sapphire Ridgeview in Medford, Oregon.

About the Role:

The Activities Coordinator will work closely with our Activity Director to plan and implement meaningful activities that enhance the lives of our residents. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, activities, and programs for residents
  • Collaborate with outside organizations and volunteers to bring enriching experiences to our community
  • Document participation and engagement from residents
  • Assist with mealtime duties and special event preparation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
