Job Summary

The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the accuracy and integrity of data within the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). This role will collaborate with EDW and Business Intelligence Teams to design, review, and refine data quality reports and alerts, and take actions to remedy issues detected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the current state of data quality within the EDW, running data profiling.
  • Participate in establishing, monitoring, and reporting on target goals for data quality improvement.
  • Identify optimal approaches for resolving data quality issues to achieve targets.
  • Work within and beyond EDW areas to implement improvement approaches.
  • Monitor and track ongoing data quality levels.
  • Ensure that adequate quality is maintained so the data can effectively support business processes.
  • Resolve and escalate data quality issues proactively and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience that includes some or all of the following: Analyzing data quality and recommending process improvements, continuously monitoring data quality and associated reports, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders, implementing data quality initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks, experience working in health care payer/managed care organizations.
  • Preferred: 2 years of recent SQL experience, experience with Tableau, Snowflake and MS Azure cloud, experience in planning or leading data quality initiatives, experience with and basic knowledge of statistics, control charts and process controls.
Working Conditions

This is a fully remote position, but you must reside in one of the listed 9 states. The employee's personal vehicle, local transit or other means of transportation may be used. Ability to occasionally work outside of standard office hours.
