Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of this role will consist of assisting with administrative tasks, processing timesheets, providing support to the payroll team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in staff and clients.
  • Triage phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review and enter all incoming timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on all timesheets that require correction or clarification.
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll team, including processing Paid Time Off (PTO) requests.
  • Assist in entering payroll-related tasks into assigned systems.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral communication and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in a secondary language is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:

This is an on-site position that requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The ability to lift up to 15 pounds is also required.

Compensation:

The hiring range for this position is $22- $24 per hour, with final compensation determined by factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
