Blue Gems Swim School, a premier boutique family-owned swimming school in Chicagoland, is seeking an experienced Synchronized Swimming Coach to join our team.

We offer a fulfilling work environment with opportunities for career growth and valuable work experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality synchronized swimming instruction based on our proprietary curriculum, assisting with choreography creation, and attending competitions to support our athletes.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the coach will enforce safety rules and regulations, assess student progress, and communicate effectively with students and parents to ensure customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
