  • Provide administrative support to the account receivable and accounts payable processes within the Central Services department.

  • Utilize a customer support ticketing system to resolve internal and external support inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Assist with monitoring and processing vendor refunds to various entities.
    \t\t
  • Reverse or reapply resident receipts in the Yardi platform as needed.
    \t\t
  • Decide on the acceptance or rejection of resident payments in the ClickPay queue based on company guidelines and criteria.
    \t\t
  • Mail back or deposit resident payment items received from ClickPay and other miscellaneous payments.
    \t\t
  • Correspond with internal teams to resolve customer/vendor challenges and identify opportunities to advance systems and processes.
    \t\t
  • Assist in developing analytics to track and monitor performance.
    \t\t
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management and/or AP and AR.

  • Experience with Yardi preferred, with OneSite/RealPage a plus.
