We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Piping Foreman to join our team at ISO Services, a division of Ergon Construction Group.

Mechanical Superintendent
Company Overview:
ISO Services is a leading industrial service and construction company with over 40 years of experience in providing all disciplines of industrial maintenance and construction.
Position Overview:
The Mechanical Piping Foreman will be responsible for supervising the fabrication, installation, and repair of piping, steel structures, and associated equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipe welding, fitting, and supervision, with a minimum of four years of experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise construction jobsite resources, including people, subcontractors, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate jobsite hazards on a daily basis.
• Provide daily reporting to project management.
• Follow policies and practices as stated in the Employee Handbook and other facility policy and procedure manuals.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace at all times.
• Develop good working relationships with co-workers, customers, and associates.
• Perform on-call duties as required.
• Work in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Travel and stay overnight for several weeks at a time.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as requested.
Educational Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicable Experience & Competencies:
Requires successful completion of training requirements as outlined by ISO Services.
Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50#.
• Must be in a physical condition that will allow walking long distances.
• Must be able to work in high places (no fear of heights).
• Must be able to work in any environment (heat, cold, rain).
• Must be able to physically work up to 84 hours a week, if necessary.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and climb.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
• Must be well-groomed.
Additional Requirements:
All new hires are contingent on the passing of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
