About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic/Spine team at Williamson Health.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care by assessing needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality service. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identifying individual needs and developing targeted care plans.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  4. Demonstrate expertise in orthopedic/spine nursing, staying current with best practices and advancements in the field.
  5. Foster a supportive environment, promoting patient dignity, comfort, and well-being.
Requirements
  • Current Tennessee RN licensure.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in orthopedic/spine nursing or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
