Responsibilities:


Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion, perform routine preventive maintenance and light maintenance, ability to troubleshoot and diagnose, major repairs and construction experience required for higher pay scale, maintain material and supply inventory, other as required in all areas of maintenance & construction


Qualifications:


Previous experience in maintenance including light electrical, light plumbing, framing, painting, sheetrock repair, familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, ability to handle a physical workload including lifting 25/50/80 pounds regularly, responding quickly to sounds, moving safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, safely climbing ladders while carrying 40 pounds, working in extreme weather, wearing personal protective gear correctly most of the day, deadline and detail-oriented, reliable transportation, ability to work weekends and after hour on-call responsibilities (rotated unless designated on-site staff)
