Job Description:

As a Customer Service Supervisor with Unifi Aviation, LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate daily activities of employees to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to address any problems or issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.

Salary: Estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and location.
