Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment and contribute to the advancement of otolaryngology care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to adult patients with otolaryngology needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in surgical procedures and medical treatments, including nasal cauterization, rigid nasal endoscopy, flexible diagnostic laryngoscopy, and tracheostomy changes.
  • Conduct health histories and physical assessments of patients, identifying acute, chronic, and potential health problems.
Education and Experience:
  • Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited nursing program (for Nurse Practitioners) or Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA program (for Physician Assistants).
  • Active RN and APNP license in the State of Wisconsin (for Nurse Practitioners) or active PA license in the State of Wisconsin (for Physician Assistants).
  • Board certification as a NP (Adult; Adult/Gerontology Acute Care; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Gerontology) or PA board certification.
  • Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
