Join Our TeamWe're seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Boston. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from children to adults, and address a wide range of medical needs.
You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical knowledge and technologies.
The RoleThis full-time role will involve managing a patient panel, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office or in testing centers. You'll also conduct occasional telehealth visits and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational activities.
In addition, you'll supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues, utilize your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures, and collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
Requirements- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before start date
- A competitive salary range of $244,000 to $260,000 based on a full-time schedule
