Certified Nursing Care Assistant

The Certified Nursing Care Assistant role at Maine Medical Center assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring and basic nursing procedures.
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility.
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire license as a Licensed Nursing Assistant required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Relevant experience preferred.
