About the Role

At Kurtz Homes Naples, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our high-end residential estates. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that each property is maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance & Upkeep: You'll oversee the general maintenance of the estate, including managing routine cleaning, landscaping, and repairs. Your attention to detail will ensure that the property remains in pristine condition at all times.
  • Regular Home Inspections: Create personalized inspection reports for each home, performing visual and diagnostic inspections to note any maintenance items requiring follow-up.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for routine maintenance, special projects, and one-off requests, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their requests and ensuring all aspects of their estate are handled with discretion and care.
  • Hurricane Preparation: Coordinate the moving of exterior furniture, securing exterior fixtures, placement of sand bags or flood panels, generator maintenance, securing areas of potential water intrusion, documenting potential damage after the storm, roof inspections, etc.
  • Security & Safety: Ensure the property is secure by managing surveillance systems, alarm systems, and coordinating security personnel, conducting regular safety audits and implementing necessary protocols.
Requirements
  • A working knowledge of high-end home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical systems, audio-visual systems, pool systems, HVAC, and landscaping.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and vendors simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, staff, and service providers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate needs and manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • A high level of discretion and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
