Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process DMV title documents in a timely manner to meet or exceed title reporting standards
  • Submit legal transfers of documents to DMV on a timely basis
  • Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and/or email
  • Maintain the Accounting Dept.'s DMV Schedule and issue customer refund checks when necessary

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in CA DMV title clerk and dealership accounting required
