Lead Automotive Service Center Operations

As an Automotive Service Center Operations Manager at VIOCF, you will be responsible for building trust and winning repeat, loyal customers. You will assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the location, ensuring inventory, labor management, and financial performance are optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers
  • Assist the Service Center Manager in daily operations and oversight
  • Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance
  • Become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and policies
  • Mentor, lead, and train the team for development
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized service center and ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide superior customer service leadership

Requirements:

  • Management experience preferred (Military experience is a major plus)
  • Automotive experience (six months or more preferred)
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
  • Full mobility and ability to twist, stoop, and bend
  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
