We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at the Cocoa Outpatient Center. As an LPN with Penn State Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide individualized care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider
  • Observe, report, and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record
  • Instruct patients and families according to teaching plans
  • Communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate coordination of individualized patient care
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice as a licensed practical nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required prior to completion of orientation
