About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the Regional Americas GFCD QA GAO function, advising and overseeing all QA teams across key financial crimes controls. As Americas GFCD QA GAO Lead, you will manage the operation of the financial crime compliance framework, implementing and overseeing the QA program to mitigate financial crime risks.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of financial industry and compliance experience, preferably in a global organization driving change and program evaluation. They should possess experience in leading a team, FCC QA, FCC controls oversight, and technical advice provision.

Key responsibilities include managing team members, prioritizing workloads, quality control, absences and leave, training, coaching, and career development. You will also draft and maintain operating manuals, annual plans, and reports, as well as provide FCC QA advice to stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is between $117,000-$147,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation, along with comprehensive benefits and rewards.
