Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance options, helping customers make informed decisions about their coverage.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
