Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all payroll activities for timely and accurate US payrolls in accordance with established deadlines.

• Analyze Workday audit reports for payroll processing.

• Manage payroll processing for the US and Canada.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns within 2 business days.

• Maintain and document all payroll transactions.

• Prepare Workday payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in completing accurate and timely filing of annual tax returns, including W2s, 941s, and so on.

• Maintain standards for all garnishment processing.

• Provide support for internal and external payroll-related audits.

• Ensure maximum compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of payroll work experience in a high-volume processing environment.

• Timely and good verbal and written communication.

• Attention to detail, organized, ability to work independently.

• Workday experience.

• Knowledge of accounting related to payroll processing.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• US and Canada payroll processing experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll systems.

• Self-motivated, effectively achieves team goals.

• Strong ability to multi-task.

• Excellent team player who works well in a collaborative environment.

• Ability to work effectively with external partners as well as internal employees.
