Virtual School Psychologist Position in Nebraska

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual School Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work remotely with students, parents, and educational staff to provide psychological assessments, counseling, and consultation services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and mental health.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students via secure online platforms to address their unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
- Offer crisis intervention and support to students in distress, utilizing your expertise in school psychology and virtual counseling.
- Develop and deliver professional development workshops for educators and staff on mental health topics to promote a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with best practices in school psychology and virtual counseling, applying this knowledge to enhance student outcomes.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field, with valid licensure in Nebraska.
- Experience in a school setting, with a strong understanding of IEPs, BIPs, and school-based mental health services.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms to facilitate remote work.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with teletherapy or virtual counseling, leveraging technology to deliver high-quality services.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, enhancing your ability to connect with diverse students and families.
