Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Experis. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining electronic devices, working closely with the HCSC Materials Control team to ensure efficient inventory management.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading healthcare company, where you will have the chance to troubleshoot, clean, and repair customer devices, generating and processing service repair documentation to maintain repair traceability and facilitate customer invoicing.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices to meet high-quality standards
  • Maintain local service parts inventories, ensuring timely delivery of necessary components
  • Create repair estimates, including costs of service parts and labor, to facilitate accurate billing
  • Collaborate with the HCSC Materials Control team to optimize inventory management and reduce waste
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
  • Proven experience in operating common tools and test equipment required for electronic device repair
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating system and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and customers
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
