Quality Assurance Team Lead

Job Summary:
The Group Lead I is a key member of our team, responsible for assisting the Group Lead II with day-to-day operations to maximize quality output. This role supports judgements regarding scheduling, work priorities, and material availability & quality, dealing with a variety of concrete variables with only limited standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of production policies and procedures.
- Assist in product inspections and evaluate the quality of the work prior to the product leaving the area.
- Assist with monthly inventory and improve process accuracy.
- Computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles such as value stream, 5S, Seven General Types of Waste and project planning.
