Powerline Foreman

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Powerline Foreman to join our team at Centuri Group, Inc. As a Powerline Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a crew of electrical services professionals in the completion of construction projects for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of electrical services professionals in the completion of construction projects
• Ensure the safety, quality, and productivity of all crew members
• Oversee crew administration and equipment management
• Work with employees, customers, and the public
• Follow all safety and performance standards
• Maintain time and material records for assigned jobs
• Complete required company training, including safety training
• Perform administrative duties as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical services industry required
• OSHA Competent Person Certified
• Experience leading a crew
• Experience reviewing plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements
• CDL license or ability to acquire CDL permit within 60 days of hire

Work Environment

Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions. All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English. Work includes prolonged and repeated lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling. Work is performed within the red zone of heavy equipment. Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
