About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices. As the Signature Client Solutions Group Leader, you will be responsible for establishing, leading, and managing a dynamic team in providing comprehensive tax and consulting services to our high-net-worth clientele.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices, serving as the primary point of contact for their tax and consulting needs.
  2. Lead compliance and consulting services for clients, including technical review of complex tax returns, proactive tax planning, and strategic consulting on issues such as estate planning and business succession.
  3. Manage multiple client engagement teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  4. Establish growth principles, process improvements, and institutional knowledge within the Signature Client Solutions Group.
  5. Oversee client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure profitability targets are met.
  6. Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue.
  7. Stay up to date on industry trends, developments, and technical authorities, applying them to complex client situations.

Requirements

  • You have 15-20+ years of experience in Professional Services, with specific expertise in working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • You have strong conflict negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • You have proven business development and revenue growth experience.
  • You are deadline-driven and willing to be on-call at short notice.
  • You have a proven track record in developing and growing high net worth/family business office groups.
  • You have experience hiring, managing, and growing high-performing teams.
  • You are willing to travel extensively (25-75% depending on client demand).
  • You are a licensed CPA or JD/LLM with an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Law.
  • You have extensive public accounting firm experience, with gift, estate, and trust return experience preferred.

Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Beyond base salary, Eide Bailly provides benefits to our Partners such as annual bonuses, unlimited paid time off, 401(k) profit sharing, and a paid sabbatical every 5 years.
