Job Description:

The Director of Corporate Sales will lead our sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
  • You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, and communicate this effectively to the sales team.
  4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales approach remains effective and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven outcomes.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Possession of industry-recognized certifications, such as CRM or sales management.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
