Regional Sales Director

Coloplast is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Wound & Skin Care business in the Midwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- 5+ years of sales management experience in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
