Physician Assistant

At TAL Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to work in a dynamic environment and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain patient histories and perform thorough physical examinations to identify potential health issues.
- Order and perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as inserting arterial lines, central lines, and chest tubes, to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Prescribe medications as needed and provide pre- and post-operative care for neurosurgery patients.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and their families to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in emergency situations, providing lifesaving interventions such as CPR and advanced life support.
- Perform various bedside procedures, including venipuncture, insertion of IV catheters, and urethral catheterization.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Valid New York State PA license.
- NCCPA certification.
