Main Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet sales targets and company objectives by building strong relationships with customers and promoting our products.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring the best possible vision solution for our guests.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing expert advice to help our customers find the perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-presented.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask, with a flexible approach to a quickly changing environment.
