ABA Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Verbal Beginnings. As an ABA Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with children diagnosed with autism, providing individualized treatment plans to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
2. Collect and record data to monitor progress and update treatment plans as necessary

Requirements:

• Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help children with autism achieve their goals
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience working with children and a valid driver's license

Salary Range: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
