Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Heilind Mil-Aero. This individual will be responsible for performing various duties, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Picking and filling customer orders as assigned
  • Generating labels for product identification and marking materials with identifying information
  • Preparing parcels for shipment in accordance with company specifications to prevent damage and ensure accurate identification
  • Working efficiently to minimize waste and optimize workflow
  • Participating in company-sponsored training and process improvement activities
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and frequently without assistance
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity required
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements with the U.S. Navy
