The Department of Anesthesiology at Rutland Regional Medical Center is a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional anesthesia services in Central Vermont.
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist to join our esteemed group of five anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs), and certified anesthesiologist assistants (CAs).
Our practice is exclusively responsible for delivering anesthesia services at Rutland Regional Medical Center, a level III-equivalent trauma center with 144 licensed beds serving an area population of approximately 85,000 residents.
Practice Details
- No heads/ hearts/ major vascular cases
- High-volume orthopedic, general surgery, urology, ENT, OB/GYN procedures
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of $450,000 per annum, paid vacation time, a signing bonus, and a yearly retention bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan, and a generous allowance for continuing medical education expenses.
