Administrative Coordinator Position in Boston

About the Role:
The Office Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the daily functions of the local office run smoothly. This position offers enterprise-wide support for remote offices and provides administrative support to Operations and Client Service Teams.
Responsibilities:
- C Coordinate with project managers and accountants regarding proper filing of contract documents.
- S Support managing office supplies and inventory, process incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with planning company outings and events.
- D Demonstrate a customer service focus by supporting virtual meetings, taking meeting notes, entering data, assisting team members with scheduling meetings and calendar management, and booking travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in a dynamic office environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience promoting a welcoming, inclusive, and professional office environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and standard office equipment.
Benefits:

Work Schedule:
The Office Coordinator typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours a week with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week. The office is located in Boston's Downtown Crossing, near major public transportation lines.
