Dental Hygienist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in Framingham, MA. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality oral health care to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and polish teeth, instruct patients in good oral hygiene habits, and provide other preventative dental care
* Work chairside as needed and participate in coordinating care for patients
* Support patients and families in self-management through evidenced-based approaches
* Engage in health center projects aimed at specific patient populations and utilize effective communication strategies

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited US school of Dental Hygiene
* MA Dental Hygienist license
* 2.5 years post-graduate experience as a dental hygienist, preferably in a community or public health setting
* Certification in delivering local anesthesia in the state of Massachusetts

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 2.5+ years as a dental hygienist
* Certification in local anesthesia (MA)
