We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Utility Specialist to join our team at the Golden Acorn Casino & Travel Center. As a key member of our food service staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and areas daily, adhering to high standards of health and safety.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary cleaning supplies are readily available.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, as well as perform basic mathematical calculations (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed tasks.

Physical Demands:
- Regularly stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and location.
