Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated nurse who can promote evidence-based practice through the nursing process, protocols, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and hold certifications in BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA). Familiarity with EMR - EPIC Clinical Excellence is also required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote the use of evidence-based practice through the nursing process, protocols, and procedures.
  • Assess patient's status through interview, observation, and physical assessment of actual problems and outcomes.
  • Develop an individualized plan of care using a collaborative approach with the patient/family and health care team.
  • Use appropriate interventions identified in the plan of care to achieve expected patient outcomes.
  • Systematically evaluate and document patient's progress toward expected outcomes/goals on an ongoing basis throughout the shift.
  • Modify plan of care based on evaluation and as needed based on changes in patient condition.
  • Complete required documentation as appropriate, including patient chart and event reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be able to demonstrate technical knowledge of equipment and troubleshoot when problems arise.
