We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH in Milford, NH. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric individuals, and contribute to their health and well-being.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Deliver high-quality patient care according to established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assist patients with routine office procedures, testing, and vaccinations.
- Provide education and support to patients on basic healthcare goals and promote healthy habits.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with colleagues as needed.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
- BLS Certification.
