Job Title: Service Technician for Roofing Repairs

Nations Roof is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic Service Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Foreman with project tasks and repair work, ensuring high standards and timely completion.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot leaks efficiently, utilizing your strong troubleshooting skills and keen eye for detail.
  • Interface with clients professionally, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional service.
  • Drive a company vehicle to transport tools, materials, and yourself to job sites, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Support hands-on project work across multiple projects daily, learning to read and understand work orders, manufacturer warranties, and project specifications.
  • Maintain basic computer skills for documentation and communication, ensuring seamless interaction with our team.
  • Represent the company and interact with others in an honest, ethical, and professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in commercial roofing or a related field, preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, manufacturer warranties, and technical specifications.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel locally when required.
