Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services in Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with our partnering home health care provider in Ohio. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Supplemental Health Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio.
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain.
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting.
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
