Requirements:

* Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline
* Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, private equity, investment banking, real estate, or other transactional finance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Valuation & Modeling:**

* Build, run, and audit complex financial models
* Analyze valuation metrics across a variety of scenarios
* Summarize and present conclusions to drive key decision-making processes

**Deal Origination & Execution:**

* Manage and audit finance & development marketing materials
* Interface & organize diligence with financing parties, related counsel, and consultants
* Coordinate internal finance, development, legal, engineering, and construction resources to complete diligence requests
* Review and support negotiation of project finance or M&A contractual agreements

**Other Responsibilities:**

* Market research & analysis
* Corporate FP&A rollup review & support
* Support other corporate objectives as needed
