Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Robert Day Scholars Program Staff. This position involves interacting with students, faculty, and external constituencies, including personnel from other colleges, as well as internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication within the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Robert Day Scholars Program Staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Ensure effective communication with students, faculty, and external constituencies
  • Coordinate logistics and events as needed
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
