About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at World Wide Technology. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' network infrastructure.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field and hold a strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless, voice, security, and SAN solutions. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively resolve issues by diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostics and problem-solving: Identify and resolve issues with network infrastructure, leveraging technical knowledge of products to meet customer needs.
  • Documentation and communication: Develop technical reference documentation and communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
  • Team collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field.
  • A strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless, voice, security, and SAN solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive:
