Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at SESI Schools. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing academic support to students who require additional educational and behavioral supports.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps in students.
- Collaborate with school teams and families to offer personalized guidance and deliver SESI's evidence-based learning and instructional models.
- Implement behavior management and intervention strategies, including de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and physical restraint when necessary.
- Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
- Drive, record, and track student growth and progress toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
- Supervise and monitor students, including to and from locations within the school.
- Diverse career pathways and opportunities for professional development.
