About the Role

As a Senior Cardiac Telehealth Professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level support to patients with cardiac conditions, ensuring their health and well-being through timely and effective interventions. You will work closely with our medical team to identify potential risks and develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Telehealth Monitoring: Conduct regular virtual check-ins with patients to monitor their condition, track vital signs, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Collaboration with Medical Team: Work closely with our medical professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, identify potential risks, and implement interventions as needed.
  • Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with clear, concise information on their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Cardiology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in cardiac telehealth, nursing, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • Certifications: BLS/CPR certification and AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
