Job Description

At FPI Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to flooring, drywall, and appliances, as well as troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including NSPIRE, MOR, TCAC, and CALFHA.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including city officials, financial institutions, and non-profit partners, to streamline processes and achieve project goals.
  • Enforce community rules and regulations, and promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Ability to wear a respirator, and have the ability to be medically fit for duty and cleared to wear a respirator.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, internet, and Google Drive.
