Manufacturing Associate Role
Proclinical Staffing is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join their team for a contract role at a Pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
This position involves working a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour night shift. The role focuses on the preparation of media and buffer solutions, operating production equipment, and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant experience, or higher education with no prior experience required.
- Ability to work in controlled environments with special gowning requirements.
- Compliance with gowning requirements and wearing protective clothing.
- Ability to work in cold, wet environments.
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Ability to work in confined areas and clean room conditions.
The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:
- Prepare media and buffer solutions.
- Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place systems.
- Assemble and operate filtration systems.
- Operate general production equipment.
- Monitor and record critical process parameters.
- Complete all relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
- Perform sampling using aseptic techniques.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
- Receive and distribute supplies into production areas.
- Train and mentor other team members.
- Assist in troubleshooting process problems and responding to alarms.
