KPC Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse II to deliver exceptional patient care in our 12-hour shift environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is a critical care nursing position that requires the nurse to work with patients who have various medical needs. The nurse must be able to assess patients quickly and accurately, develop effective plans of care, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in acute care settings, hold a current CA RN license, and possess BLS certification. They will also be required to have a BSN or ASN degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized plans of care to meet their unique requirements.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, promote patient education, and facilitate discharge planning.
  3. Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and implementing treatments as prescribed by physicians.
