Job Overview

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, which includes medical insurance, health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, Aflac, simple IRA with company match, work-life balance, and paid training opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

You will accurately and efficiently install top-of-the-line heating and air equipment in our customers' homes, ensuring that every installation meets our high standards for quality and professionalism. Your key sub-tasks will include:

  • Maintaining communication with dispatch, your Install Lead, parts and installation teams.
  • Keeping the company truck clean, inside and out.
  • Properly completing paperwork.
  • Maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
  • Having and maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Participating in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Having or being willing to get the proper certifications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
